Freund back in training

Olympic champion starts with jumping exercises. Summer is all about the winter preparation.

After a long period of suffering, Severin Freund took another step back on the hill. About six months after his cruciate rupture the 29-year-old has begun easy jumping exercises. "Slowly I get back into the training. Now I have started with the second part of the rehab", he said in an interview with the German Sports Aid. The Olympic champion of Sochi suffered the injury in training in Oberstdorf and was out for the biggest part of the season.
