Daniel-André Tande wins at Bergisel
Today's competition in Innsbruck had to be terminated in consequence of strong wind gusts after the first round. Also Severin Freund (GER) and Michael Hayböck (AUT) had to cancel their participation because of acute infections.
At the end, Daniel-André Tande (128.5 m/125.7 p) from Norway won his second Four Hills competition in front of Robert Johansson (NOR/133 m/123.1 p) and Evgeniy Klimov (127 m/119.1 p) who could gain his first career podium.
Its wasn’t quite a good day for the German athletes as Stephan Leyhe only landed on position 11 and Markus Eisenbichler on 29.
After today’s competition Tande (710.3 p) now assumes the lead of the Four Hills Tournament overall ranking in front of Kamil Stoch (POL/708.6 p) and Stefan Kraft (693.7 p).
