Geiger in top form ahead of Four Hills Tournament
Saturday - individual jumping
On Saturday Karl Geiger celebrated his second victory of the season thanks to his jumps on 137 and 140 meters. The athlete from Oberstdorf finished with 287.4 points just ahead of Japan's Ryoyu Kobayashi (286.6 p.) and was therefore able to extend his lead in the overall World Cup. Timi Zajc from Slovenia completed the podium with 282.6 points on rank 3.

Sunday - Individual jumping
On the second day of competition, the picture at the top was reversed: Kobayashi ahead of Geiger. The 25-year-old Japanese was able to leave the German behind thanks to a strong second round. Jumps over 132.5 and 136.5 meters ensured a lead of 12.2 points ahead of Geiger. Third place went to Norway's Marius Lindvik with 293.5 points.
