German head coach steps back

Werner Schuster will step back from his post as German head coach at the end of this season.

After more than a decade the Austrian will not renew his contract. Speaking during the German team's press conference in Oberstdorf on Thursday, he said: "It has been an incredibly intensive eleven years. Now the time has come to hand over an intact team."
