Kubacki is the winner of the Neujahrsskispringen

What a start to the new year! In a great competition, Dawid Kubacki finished ahead of Halvor Egner Granerud and Piotr Żyła.

Dawid Kubacki wins the New Year's ski jumping in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. An exciting jumping competition developed on the large Olympic hill, with Kubacki coming out on top. Halvor Egner Granerud came in second, followed by Piotr Żyła.

Karl Geiger, winner in Oberstdorf, finished in 5th place, Markus Eisenbichler became 7th.
