All ahead of the Four Hills Tournament winner Halvor Egner Granerud, who is currently in an impressive form. The Norwegian lived up to his role as favorite and took the clear victory with distances of 238 and 231 meters. Behind him Stefan Kraft placed second and Domen Prevc third. Best German was Markus Eisenbichler on rank 8, followed by Andreas Wellinger on rank 9.

Karl Geiger and Philipp Raimund did not take part in the World Cup, instead using the weekend in Oberstdorf to train.
