Kubacki wins his first world cup

At the New Year's Ski Jumping Event he won the qualification, now Dawid Kubacki was also able to celebrate the first win of his world cup career.

On Sunday, he showed the best performance in Predazzo, Italy, with Stefan Kraft from Austria and his Polish team mate Kamil Stoch completing the podium. This meant of course that after six wins in a row, Ryoyu Kobayashi was for this day defeaten. He ended on rank seven. 

Not only Dawid Kubacki, also another David was quite happy: The German ski jumper David Siegel successfully got the first Top10 position of his career, jumping to 5th position in the final result.
