Even co-favorite Andreas Wellinger was unable to dissuade him. The German came fifth in the competition and finished behind the Japanese in the overall standings.

Congratulations on a strong second place at the 72nd Four Hills Tournament and we are already looking forward to next year's tour and New Year's ski jumping.
