Women's ski jumping in GAP - Ticket pre-sale starts on September 1st

This year, not only the men will find themselves in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for New Year's ski jumping around New Year's Eve, but also a women's competition will be held in GAP (29.12.2023 + 30.12.2023). The ticket sale for the women's event starts on September 1st.

New Year's ski jumping: Ticket pre-sale starts on September 1st

Round about four months until the New Year's Ski Jumping! From 28.12.2023 to 06.01.2024 the 72nd edition of the Four Hills Tournament will take place. The sale for the combined tickets for the traditional New Year's ski jumping in Garmisch-Partenkirchen (31.12.2023 + 01.01.2024) starts on September 1st.

Summer season started: Roth jumps on the podium in Szczyrk

The new ski jumping season is in full swing and for the DSV there was already the first podium to celebrate, despite the absence of the German top jumpers Geiger, Wellinger and Eisenbichler. Youngster Luca Roth secured third place at the second Summer Grand Prix event of the year.

Planica: DSV team finishes the season with yet another fifth place

Two individual competitions and a team competition were still on the program in Planica at the end of the season. Team Germany once again finished fifth in the team competition. There was also only one top-10 placement for the DSV athletes in the individual jumps. Stefan Kraft and the Austrians as well as Timi Zajc and the Slovenians dominated.

Lahti: Karl Geiger jumps on the podium / DSV team with place 5

In the individual skijumping event in Lahti Karl Geiger from Oberstdorf secured third place under difficult wind conditions. In the team event the day before, Austria took the victory. The DSV team only managed fifth place.

Raw Air finish: Kraft and Granerud cheering!

On Saturday Granerud prevailed against his competitors and secured the first place in ski flying in Vikersund. But that was not all: In the final ski flying event of the Raw Air Tour, Austrian ski jumper Stefan Kraft secured victory. But Granerud also had reason to celebrate, because he not only secured the overall victory of the tour, but also the overall World Cup ahead of time.

Raw-Air in Lillehammer: Eisenbichler with hill record

At the Raw Air event in Lillehammer Markus Eisenbichler set a new hill record with 146 meters on Thursday. In the end, however, it was only enough for fourth place. Dawid Kubacki secured the victory ahead of Anze Lanisek and Daniel Tschofenig. On tuesday, Halvor Egner Granerud triumphed once again. Second and third place went to Austria's Stefan Kraft and Manuel Fettner.

Raw Air opener: Geiger on the podium!

The Raw Air Tour has started and at the first stop in Oslo there was already reason to celebrate for German ski jumper Karl Geiger who started the tour with a strong third place. The victory went to the Slovenian ski jumper Anze Lanisek, who was able to win narrowly against Stefan Kraft and Karl Geiger.

Zajc jumps to gold on the large hill!

This weekend the men's individual jumping from the large hill took place and the eyes of the fans were focused on the local favorite Timi Zajc. The expectations were high and Zajc lived up to them by leaving the competition behind and winning the gold medal. However, the competition was fiercely contested and there were many strong competitors, including Markus Eisenbichler, who finished best German in fifth place.

Successful first World Championship weekend
