Two-Nights-Tour: Victory for Prevc, Görlich 10th.

Nika Prevc wins the very first women's World Cup jumping event in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The Slovenian won on Saturday evening after jumps of 133 and 130 metres with 267.4 points at the first stop of the first Two-Nights-Tour ahead of the Norwegian Eirin Maria Kvandal (126.5 and 132.5 m; 254.5 points). Third place went to Canada's Abigail Strate with 131 and 130.5 metres and 247.4 points.

The best German jumper was Luisa Görlich in tenth place. Katharina Schmid is twelfth, Selina Freitag is 21st, Juliane Seyfarth is a solid 23rd in her first World Cup event of the winter, Anna Rupprecht is 26th and Alvine Holz is 27th to score her first World Cup points.

The final competition of the Two Nights Tour took place in Oberstdorf on New Year's Day. Austrian Eva Pinkelnig was the winner. The overall winner of the Two Nights Tour was Nika Prevc from Slovenia.
